How the farm task sequence works
The attraction keeps asking for help even as its cheerful scenery falls apart. The Giggleland Terrys Vegetable Patch farm tasks follow a recorded order: sugar, fuel, pig food, then pesticide, returning to the central diorama between deliveries. Recognizing that loop helps you identify the next useful action instead of searching every prop for an unrelated solution.
This overview follows Night Mind's recorded player experience and HorrorScoped's account of the demo sequence. It covers the standalone attraction described on the official Terry's Vegetable Patch Steam page, not a tested route through the unreleased full game.
Sugar and fuel: begin with the upstairs delivery
The first diorama instruction connects children's happiness with something sweet. In the recorded route, the sugar is upstairs in the sugar room. Send the sugar through the wall pipe, then return to the diorama. The next narration turns to keeping the farm equipment powered.
The fuel is in the wheat field reached beyond the hen house. Night Mind then follows an employee-access corridor into storage and maintenance, where the generator's delivery pipe is located. Deliver the fuel to the generator pipe and return to the diorama for the feeding objective.
Inspectable objects are part of the setting as well as the task system. For example, the recorded storage visit includes a jar of nails that is not the fuel delivery item. Use the current objective to distinguish required containers from background props.
Pig food and pesticide: the darker half of the chores
The third task identifies an animal to feed. The diorama shows a pig, and Night Mind locates pig food on the barn worktable. Take the pig food downstairs into the staff area and deliver it through the pipe beside the chained box. Return upstairs to the diorama afterward.
This is where the contrast between the narration and the setting becomes especially sharp. The pleasant farm instructions now send Tolie into a threatening basement. The box and its noises are part of the recorded encounter; the task does not require proving what creature is inside.
For the last delivery, collect pesticide from the opened garden and take it to the nursery pipe. Send the pesticide through the nursery pipe, then finish the diorama sequence. The changed surroundings signal that the farm routine has reached its final phase.
What changes after each return
HorrorScoped's creator commentary describes the diorama using moving cutouts to reflect task progress. Night Mind also records the attraction changing between objectives: sheep become disturbed, writing develops on the wall, figures gather around the scene and the barn eventually appears closed off with police lights.
Those changes make revisiting the same space meaningful, but they are not four additional collection objectives. After completing the final delivery and diorama interaction, the recorded progression leads back to the basement and the secret staff exit.
If you are unsure where you are in the sequence, compare your current objective with these checkpoints:
- Sweetness points to the upstairs sugar delivery.
- Equipment power points to the fuel and generator pipe.
- Feeding points to pig food and the downstairs staff area.
- Weeds point to pesticide and the nursery.
